These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Frostbyte application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). 2. Description of Service Frostbyte is a platform that enables individuals to share their unused internet bandwidth with others in exchange for compensation. Users can participate by installing the Frostbyte application on their devices and opting to share their bandwidth.
3. User Accounts To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep your login credentials secure. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Bandwidth Sharing By participating in bandwidth sharing through Frostbyte, you agree to allow the app to utilize your device’s internet connection when it is idle or not in use. Compensation for bandwidth sharing will be provided to users based on usage metrics determined by Frostbyte.
5. Compensation Users may earn compensation for sharing their internet bandwidth through Frostbyte. The amount of compensation will be determined by various factors, including the amount of bandwidth shared and the demand for internet access in the user’s geographic location.
6. Prohibited Activities You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
- Interfering with the operation of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
- Engaging in any activity that may harm the integrity or security of the Service or other users’ data.
7. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and patents, belong to Ice Labs Limited or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Service without prior written permission.
8. Termination Ice Labs Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Ice Labs Limited makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability In no event shall Ice Labs Limited be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.
11. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to Terms Ice Labs Limited reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
