As we edge closer to launching Online+, your feedback is helping us shape the platform in real time — so keep it coming! Here’s a quick rundown of what we tackled last week and what’s next on our radar.
🌐 Overview
The final stretch is here — and we’re moving through it with speed and precision. Last week, we merged the very last backend feature, implemented verified accounts and push notifications, and introduced post sharing to Stories. Chat got several key UX upgrades, Wallet logic was polished, and bugs across Feed, Profile, and asset flows were squashed.
With the codebase now feature-complete, the team is focused on stabilizing the infrastructure, polishing core modules, and tightening every last screw before launch. We’re testing, refining, and getting Online+ truly store-ready. The finish line isn’t just near — it’s in full view.
🛠️ Key Updates
Here are some of the main tasks we worked on over the past week as we continue to fine-tune Online+ ahead of its public release.
Feature Updates:
- Wallet → Disabled explorer link for TON-based coins until confirmation.
- Wallet → All coin symbols now displayed in the transaction asset field.
- Wallet → ICE BSC and Ethereum versions are now hidden from the Coins default view.
- Chat → Delivery status is now shown on the main chat list screen.
- Chat → Introduced nickname length limit.
- Chat → Improved context menu behavior in media preview screens.
- Chat → Added support for verifying rumors and applying official seals.
- Chat → Users can now swipe left to return to the chat list.
- Feed → Introduced a shared relay provider to improve long-running subscriptions.
- Feed → Added Share to Stories option for posts.
- General → Verified accounts are now live.
- General → Implemented Push notifications.
- General → Created a generic config repository for app-wide parameters.
- General → Integrated Firebase analytics.
- General → Increased time precision for ION event logging to microseconds.
Bug Fixes:
- Wallet → Fixed incorrect message preview shown as “Money sent” after receiving funds.
- Wallet → Corrected rounding errors in amounts with two decimal places.
- Wallet → Standardized “Sent to” field label across transactions.
- Wallet → Resolved negative balance issue for ALGO after asset transfers.
- Wallet → Aligned icons and text in transaction details.
- Wallet → Fixed incorrect coin amounts for TRON.
- Wallet → Ensured Polkadot transactions arrive correctly.
- Chat → Reactions or replies from Stories are now clickable in chat.
- Chat → Corrected profile sharing behavior.
- Chat → Fixed muted videos still playing with sound.
- Chat → Stabilized UI for chat list with many active conversations.
- Chat → Removed messages no longer visible to other users.
- Chat → Fixed loading state bug for voice messages on sender side.
- Chat → Resolved duplicate message issue on resend.
- Chat → Made short links (without http/https) clickable.
- Chat → Reduced delay when reacting to fund requests.
- Chat → Resolved issue with keyboard not hiding properly.
- Feed → Fixed disappearing posts after edit.
- Feed → Ensured all URLs display correctly when adding posts.
- Feed → Corrected video preview sizing while scrolling.
- Feed → Fixed video pausing unexpectedly when taking screenshots.
- Feed → Improved behavior of video editing flow when adding videos.
💬 Yuliia’s Take
Last week, we hit a major internal milestone: we merged the final backend feature needed for production. From here on out, it’s all about smoothing out the codebase, locking in the UX, and making sure Online+ performs just the way we envisioned.
The team is firing on all cylinders — every update, every test, every fix drives us closer and closer to release. The pace over the past few days was relentless, and the output has taken Online+ to a new level.
The result: we’re nearly ready to deliver Online+ to the app stores. It looks great, performs better than ever, and the team’s focus and drive are powering us through the final stages. Start getting excited!
📢 Extra, Extra, Read All About It!
Two more projects joined Online+ last week, bringing serious firepower to the ecosystem:
- TN Vault, a next-gen DeFi lending protocol, is joining Online+ to make multichain lending simpler, faster, and more accessible. This partnership integrates TN Vault’s Telegram mini-app into Online+, enabling seamless DeFi onboarding for Web3 users and creators, and expanding visibility across our decentralized social layers.
- OpenPad, an AI-powered Web3 analytics and investment platform, is also onboard. Through this integration, OpenPad will embed its Telegram-native AI assistant (OPAL) and analytics capabilities into the Online+ ecosystem — enabling smarter engagement with investors, builders, and creators across the decentralized social layer.
Online+ continues to grow — not just in size, but in range and relevance. Every new integration sharpens the value of our network.
🔮 The Week Ahead
This week, we’re wrapping up the very last feature work for production, while diving deep into cross-module testing. From Chat to Wallet to Feed and Onboarding, we’re making sure everything flows seamlessly and holds up under pressure.
On the infrastructure side, major tasks are being finalized to ensure we’re ready for scale and stability from day one.
We’re only a few steps away now. Polishing mode is officially in effect — a few final adjustments, a whole lot of QA, and we’re there.
