This past week centered on disciplined execution across the stack.
With Tokenized Communities now running on the final version of the smart contract, the focus shifted fully to strengthening behavior across the app and eliminating edge-case inconsistencies ahead of the upcoming round of beta testing. Updates and fixes landed across Auth, Wallet, Feed, Chat, Profile, Token pages, and Explore Tokens — all aimed at making flows more predictable, resilient, and cohesive under real usage.
On the feature side, key enhancements advanced the mechanics behind Tokenized Communities, including updates to bonding curve logic, fee sponsorship, transaction handling, and token rules. These were paired with practical UI improvements — from clearer swap messaging and restricted region dialogs to smoother media playback and quoting functionality in the Feed.
At the same time, a new production app update was prepared with a strong emphasis on stability. Video performance received special attention, swap behavior was tightened, authentication flows were refined, and a broad set of edge-case issues across modules were resolved.
Over the coming days, another beta wave begins. We’ll continue validating Tokenized Communities against the final smart contract, incorporating feedback quickly, and pushing toward full production readiness, while rolling out the latest app release in parallel.
The final checks are underway — the transition into launch mode has begun.

Here’s what we’ve been working on this week to keep Online+ smooth, stable, and evolving with fresh features, optimizations, and under-the-hood improvements.
Feature Updates:
- Auth → Restored clear messaging when an identity key name is already in use (no longer attempts automatic login).
- Wallet → Added a restricted-region dialog for Swaps, replacing generic failure messages where swaps are not supported.
- Wallet → Improved display of pricing for very small transactions (below $0.00 threshold).
- Token Page → Implemented fee sponsor logic and bonding curve algorithm.
- Token Page → Updated buying rules for creator and content tokens.
- Feed → Enabled video playback after quoting a post.
Bug Fixes:
- Auth → Resolved crash when opening and closing the app quickly, before it loads.
- Auth → Resolved issue preventing passkey saving when logging in from a new device.
- Auth → Corrected behavior when registering with an existing identity key name, informing users that the name is taken.
- Wallet → Fixed balance doubling during ION-ION → ION-BSC swaps.
- Wallet → Fixed incorrect high balance calculations in swap flow.
- Wallet → Smoothed scrolling behavior in “View on Explorer.”
- Chat → Corrected message alignment issues in conversations.
- Chat → Stabilized message layout after adding reactions.
- Chat → Fixed reply alignment to the right border.
- Chat → Restored story replies visibility in conversations.
- Chat → Activated microphone button on tap.
- Token Page → Fixed trade duplication after refresh.
- Explore Tokens → Restored token visibility when filtering X tokens.
- Explore Tokens → Brought content tokens back into Trending.
- Feed → Fixed content dropdown interaction while scrolling.
- Feed → Addressed intermittent video upload errors on select Android devices.
- Feed → Resolved Tokenized Communities dialog issue blocking BSC address creation.

💬 Yuliia’s Take
The word of the week continues to be “meticulous”.
We narrowed our focus almost entirely to Tokenized Communities — not building new pieces, not expanding scope, but pressure-testing what’s there. The feature is now running on the final version of the smart contract, and we’re pushing it through real scenarios repeatedly to make sure behavior is consistent, predictable, and stable.
We’re fully done experimenting now. This stage is all about discipline and control, and ironing out any last kinks. Every flow is being validated with intent so that when this next Tokenized Communities build reaches beta testers, it feels totally composed and intentional.
In parallel — because, you know us, we’re always pushing for perfect — we prepped yet another production release filled with practical fixes. A lot of attention went into video performance on certain devices, refining swap history and swap UI, tightening authentication flows, and resolving a wide range of issues that affect day-to-day usability.
The concentration across the team right now is intense. If we were all in one room, you’d hear a pin drop. In reality, it’s a consistent stream of Slack pings about details being checked and improved — and that’s a very motivating workday soundtrack.
🌏 Extra, Extra — Dispatch from Consensus
While dev mode continues at full intensity, our ecosystem growth partner Bryson Warsap was on the ground at Consensus Hong Kong. We caught up with him today to get the lowdown, and the message was clear: strong interest, strong curiosity, and a market that’s very much alive.
He connected with 50+ projects, each keen to explore ION and Online+. What stood out most? Interest in social integration and growth mechanics — yes, including Tokenized Communities — as a real driver of user expansion.
The overall vibe: cautiously optimistic, but confident. Builders are building. Capital is deploying. The appetite for practical Web3 products is real.

🔮 The Week Ahead
The week ahead is about execution on two fronts.
First, we’ll finalize and release the next production update, packed with fixes and refinements. It’s another round of strengthening the core experience to make sure stability and usability continue to improve across the app.
At the same time, Tokenized Communities remain under active testing. We’ll continue validating flows, addressing feedback, and tightening behavior across modules. The next beta wave is just days away, which means another round of real-world pressure-testing is about to begin.
It’ll be a busy week: ship, test, iterate, repeat, and occasionally — sleep.
