Welcome to this week’s Online+ Beta Bulletin — your go-to source for the latest feature updates, bug fixes, and behind-the-scenes tweaks to ION’s flagship social media dApp, brought to you by ION’s Product Lead, Yuliia.
As we edge closer to launching Online+, your feedback is helping us shape the platform in real time — so keep it coming! Here’s a quick rundown of what we tackled last week and what’s next on our radar.
🌐 Overview
This past week, Online+ crossed an important threshold: all core features are now merged, and the focus has fully shifted to refinement. The team has been hard at work polishing the Feed, improving content logic, tightening UI and background performance, and squashing bugs reported by beta testers.
The result? An app that’s smoother, faster, stable across devices, and getting closer to production launch with every update.
In the week ahead, the team will zero in on final Feed improvements, fine-tune the consensus mechanism, and kick off another round of testing to ensure everything performs exactly as expected on launch.
And there’s more to get excited about beyond the code: early-bird creator onboarding is open, and this Friday, we launch Online+ Unpacked — a behind-the-scenes blog series that dives into the product, vision, and everything to come. Stay tuned!

💬 Yuliia’s Take
We’re in that final stretch where it’s less about adding and more about refining. And honestly, that’s one of my favorite phases because it’s all so tangible and exciting: seeing those huge modules and features that it took us months to build get finishing touches.
This past week, the team was heads-down, polishing everything from UI details to background performance. It takes a lot of patience (and a lot of coffee), but seeing how smoothly things are running now compared to even a few weeks ago is just so satisfying and motivating.
We’re also carefully going through all the latest feedback from our beta testers — making sure the app looks and feels good, not just on paper and in app stores’ eyes (yes, both Apple and Google approved our latest version!), but in people’s hands and across devices.
We’re so close now and there’s this quiet excitement building up on the team — we’re all holding our breath and polishing away, knowing that very soon it’s going to be out in the world. We can’t wait.
📢 Extra, Extra, Read All About It!
These days, it’s all about milestones, early movers, and insider access.

- And there’s more: this Friday marks the kickoff of Online+ Unpacked, a special blog series diving deep into what makes Online+ different, from on-chain identity and tokenized social layers to real-world creator monetization and community hubs. First up: What Is Online+ and Why It’s Different: a walkthrough of how we’re rethinking the social internet.
The countdown is on, and the energy is building. We’re not just launching an app — we’re setting the stage for the next wave of social. 🚀
🔮 The Week Ahead
This week is all about sharpening the Feed and its logic — making sure that what you see is not just fast, but truly relevant and engaging. Alongside that, we’re rolling up our sleeves to tackle the latest round of bugs flagged by our beta testers (thank you — you’re helping shape this in real time!).
Importantly, we’ll be digging into improvements on the consensus mechanism. As you all know, it’s the last critical piece of our decentralized infrastructure, so we’re giving it the deep-dive it deserves. Once those fixes are in, we’ll run another full sweep of testing to make sure everything is solid, smooth, and ready for the big day.
Got feedback or ideas for Online+ features? Keep them coming and help us build the social media platform of the New Internet!
